Here are the commonly used application paths:

User files /home/USERNAME USERNAME is your cPanel login username
Sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail
Perl /usr/local/bin/perl
PHP /usr/bin/php
Pear /usr/bin/pear
Python /usr/bin/python
GET /usr/bin/GET
ImageMagick /usr/bin
or
/usr/local/bin		 All should work
Convert path for ImageMagick
 /usr/bin/convert
or
/usr/local/bin/convert
or
/usr/bin/X11/		 All should work
CGI /var/www/cgi-bin
or
http://yoursite.tld/cgi-bin		 Choose the one that works for your application.
